DeposZip is designed to be easy to use. The system requires minimum training and provides maximum convenience.

DeposZip uses advanced image capture functionality, image quality, and intelligent amount recognition technology to capture, validate, balance, and manage deposit transactions from the moment they are received from your member, and continuing on through posting to your host system.
 
 
1. Log On. Members simply log into your Internet banking system, click a "make a deposit" link and go. Instantly, they see a new deposit screen. This screen reflects your online brand. In a few simple steps your members sign, scan, and submit their deposits.
 
2. Scan and Submit. DeposZip reviews the quality of the scans and reads the check amounts. Members confirm the number of checks, dollar amounts, and check image quality. They hit the send button and the deposits are sent to the credit union for approval.
 
3. Administrative Review. A credit union staff member reviews the deposits, approves or adjusts them, and releases them for processing. If an adjustment is made, members are notified automatically by email. Members may also view the status of their deposits online.
 
4. Settlement and Posting. Once deposits are released, EasCorp collects the checks electronically through its Check 21 image cash letter systems, and settlement is made to the credit union’s account. Both batch and real-time posting options are available.
